Shipping

Guu Accessoire ships Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Each item is inspected carefully before packaged and shipped out so it arrives in perfect condition.

Guu Accessoire charges a flat shipping rate. Prices are outlined below and are in Australian Dollars.

Australia

Regular: Free

 Express: AUD 10 (Allow 1-2 working days)

International

Flat rate shipping depends on countries (Allow 3-10 working days)

Delivery

Once your package has been dispatched a unique tracking code will be sent to your nominated email address.

You can track your package at: http://www.auspost.com/track

Please note, the tracking number can take up to 24 hours to be registered within Australia Post system. If you have queries about your delivery, please call Australia Post on 13 POST (13 7678).

All packages require signature on delivery so please ensure someone is available to collect the package at your nominated address.

Australia Post will deliver between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.

If there is no one to sign for your delivery, a card will be left advising where the item can be collected from.
